8 oz liver 2oz self raising flour 1 egg 1 clove garlic Blend it all together until smooth. Pour in to a baking tin Bake at 180c for 30-40 mins. Cut it in to pieces about 1/2 inch square when cool.
I then freeze it and keep a small amount in a small fish food container in the fridge, I've always got some ready then when we go out training or just as a treat.
